1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended. Customers will be informed in such cases.


2. Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Metro cities typically receive faster delivery.

  • Remote locations may require additional time.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics partner constraints, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value.

  • International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use this link to monitor real-time shipment status.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our logistics partner will attempt delivery as per their standard policy.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

  • In case of lost shipments confirmed by the courier partner, we will either:

    • Re-ship the order, or

    • Issue a refund, as per availability.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster or safer delivery. You will be notified if this occurs.
