7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must have original tags intact.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please record an unboxing video while opening your package. This is mandatory to claim any damage, defect, or incorrect item issues.

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@houseofdhatu.in so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@houseofdhatu.in.
